They take a lot of time to compile the wines from different vineyards and sometimes different grape varieties, with the aim of keeping the flavour and quality consistently high over the years. At the same time, they face the individual challenges of the vintage anew each year. This way, our dynamic team ensures that we fulfil our quality promise with consistent product quality.

Our portfolio ranges from branded wines and exclusive concepts to premium projects and de-alcoholised wines as well as a wide variety of wine-based drinks and their non-alcoholic alternatives.

Our specialists

Dynamic, innovative and with professional expertise! Our winemaking team can draw on knowledge from first-class training and international experience in the wine industry. Together with other experienced winemaking specialists, they ensure that our quality standards are met. They accompany every step of the wine – from the vine in the vineyard to the finished product.

Together with our contract winegrowers, the winemakers regularly check the quality and ripeness of the grapes to determine the ideal harvest time. After the harvest, our wine experts monitor the fermentation process and accompany the wines together with the cellar masters until bottling.

Brand Wines

In addition to private labels for the food retail trade and for exclusive concepts, the Reh Kendermann team is passionate about its own brands. We offer customised indulgence concepts for various target groups. When developing new private labels, we take great care to ensure a harmonious image and that not only the wine but also the brand features are ideally matched to the consumer. Everything is done under one roof – from the purchase of the grapes, the production and bottling of the wine to the design, marketing and distribution. One of our best-known brands is Black Tower, which is exported all over the world with great success.

We also provide oenological advice to our wineries in South Africa and Romania. We look after their brands in-house and can therefore also offer our customers international wines with special quality and features.

Every wine is the result of passion and finesse. Our winemakers design unique and exclusive products according to customer requirements. Whether it is an initial idea or a specific direction: we adhere precisely to our customers’ ideas when creating wines. Our qualified staff work with you to develop new, customised products and are on hand to advise you.

De-alcoholised wines + wine-based drinks

This segment is a fast growing market, and Reh Kendermann is well aware of this. Thanks to refined techniques and the creative use of sensory components and harmonisation, this wine category has now completely outgrown its image as a “substitute product”. Our aim is to create lively and expressive, alcohol-free products for an increasingly discerning public.

Steffan Haub supports our customers as project manager with his many years of experience. For several years now, we have been developing complete concepts and products in-house in close co-operation with our customers with great success.
