Reh Kendermann does not tolerate any violations of applicable laws, internal regulations, or the Code of Conduct. If, despite our efforts, the applicable regulations are not fully complied with in our business environment, we endeavour to ensure compliance immediately. Reh Kendermann has a confidential whistleblowing procedure to give employees and external third parties the opportunity to report potential violations confidentially. Reporting a compliance incident is voluntary and can be done anonymously by emailing our external ombudsman at jp@nemesisconsulting.de. We investigate reported incidents immediately, confidentially, thoroughly, and responsibly.
