Terroir-driven wine experience
Weinhaus Reh Kendermann – a clear commitment to individuality and origin at the highest level of craftsmanship.
Unique characteristics
Our terroir wines reflect the characteristics of the soil type in the glass and carry the flavour of their terroir as they developed over millions of years. Fruity aromas paired with elegant minerality characterise these white wines from a wide variety of soil types.
The key to a wine’s character
In addition to factors such as climate and topography, the combination of soil type and grape variety in particular characterises the profile of a wine. The best-known soil types in German wine regions include slate, loess and limestone. They are between 10,000 and 400 million years old. Soil type and grape variety form an individual combination that gives our wines a unique character.
