Viticulture

Carl Reh Winery owns the Crama Oprisor vineyards of Crama Oprisor located in Oltenia in the south-west of Romania. Warm summers, dry autumns and regular rainfall provide the ideal growing conditions for the vines. “Everything we do is geared towards preserving the fruit and the vibrancy of the flavours. That is why the grapes are harvested early in the morning at cool temperatures.”
